This purchase grants a one-time, non-transferable license to use artwork, ad designs, or images created and owned by SDC INC / SDCPRINTS.COM® for a single publication, campaign, or distribution by an approved third-party vendor.

License Details:

• Scope: This license covers one use of a specific ad or design approved in writing by SDCPRINTS.COM®.

• Limitations: No alterations, derivative works, reformatting, or additional use is permitted without a new license.

• Duration: License is valid for the single publication or campaign only. Future uses require separate purchase.

• Territory: License is limited to use in the approved geographic distribution region.

PDF License Certificate:

A formal PDF License Certificate will be generated and emailed after payment is processed.

• Includes a unique License ID number

• References the specific artwork and publication use

• Serves as your official authorization for compliance and verification
  Please allow 1–2 business days for certificate issuance.

Terms of Use:

• License does not transfer copyright ownership. All rights remain with SDC INC.

• SDC INC retains the right to revoke license if terms are violated.

• Unauthorized reuse, modification, or redistribution of the artwork will result in legal action under U.S. Copyright Law.

• By purchasing this license, you agree to all terms outlined herein and in the full SDC Terms of Use. License becomes active only upon written confirmation from SDCPRINTS.COM®.
