Read before submitting: A single-use license grants limited authorization to use specific artwork owned by SDCPRINTS.COM® for one defined purpose only. Ownership is not transferred. All requests are reviewed by our licensing team.

Client Agreement Summary

  • Ownership: All artwork remains the exclusive property of SDCPRINTS.COM® under U.S. copyright and applicable trademark laws.
  • Scope: This request, if approved, grants a single-use, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for the specific purpose and dimensions described below.
  • Disclosure: You must truthfully disclose the organization using the image and the printer producing the item.
  • Compliance: Any use outside the approved scope may result in penalties, damages, and legal enforcement.

Typical license fees are based on scope of use:

  • $150 – Single-use event flyer
  • $1,500 – Single-use commercial ad
  • $10,000 – Single-use product/novelty + 5% gross sales (max 1000-unit cap)
  • $10,500 – Single-use vehicle wrap per vehicle
  • $25,000+ – Brand Identity - Limited Rights
  • FREE – PRO Account Sponsorship Team Up (subject to approval)
