• Review Pending: This acknowledgment does not authorize any DNS changes by third parties. If approved, SDC INC will apply the DNS changes internally and confirm completion in writing.
• No License Granted: Submission of this request does not grant any right or license to use SDC INC’s images, logos, menus, artwork, layouts, or designs. Any authorization will be issued separately in writing and will include a unique License Number and defined scope of use.
• Prohibition on Use: Until a written license is issued by SDC INC, any use, reproduction, distribution, publication, or display of SDC INC intellectual property is strictly unauthorized and may constitute willful infringement.
• Enforcement & Remedies: Willful infringement under U.S. Copyright Law may subject violators to statutory damages of up to $150,000 per infringement, plus attorneys’ fees, costs, injunctive relief, impoundment, and all other available remedies.
• No Waiver: This acknowledgment does not waive, settle, or diminish any past, present, or future claims by SDC INC. All rights and remedies are expressly reserved.
• Accuracy & Verification: All information provided is deemed a material representation. Inaccurate or misleading statements may be treated as evidence of willful infringement and/or fraudulent misrepresentation.
• Operational Impact: Approved DNS changes may result in brief propagation periods beyond SDC INC’s control. You remain responsible for notifying your stakeholders of any expected downtime and for confirming site functionality post‑cutover.

What You Can Expect

If your request is approved, you will receive written confirmation stating the records applied, date/time of cutover, and—if applicable—your assigned License Number with the exact scope of authorized use. Do not publish, post, or otherwise use any SDC INC property until you have received that written authorization.
