Single-Use License for DoorDash Page

Client Agreement

By checking the box and submitting this form, you ("Licensee") confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to the following terms regarding the licensed use of the provided logo ("Licensed Image") on your DoorDash business page. You have read and agree to all SDC Terms of Use and Compliance and Licensing Rules.

Ownership & Copyright Protection

  • The Licensed Image is owned by **SDCPRINTS.COM®** and is protected under U.S. copyright laws and common law trademark rights.
  • You do not own, modify, or transfer rights to the Licensed Image.

Permitted Use & Customer Notification Requirement

  • You are granted a single-use, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Licensed Image only on your DoorDash business page.
  • You must notify DoorDash in writing that:
    • You do not own the Licensed Image.
    • The image is licensed from **SDCPRINTS.COM®**.
    • DoorDash must submit the DoorDash Acknowledgment & Agreement to **SDCPRINTS.COM®**.

Tagging & Disclosure Requirement

  • You must display the following disclosure on your DoorDash business page:
    • "Logo design owned and licensed by **SDCPRINTS.COM®**. Used with permission."
  • Within 48 hours of activation, you must email proof of disclosure to:
    • Email: admin@sdcprints.com
    • Subject line: "[Business Name] DoorDash Page Review"

Legal Protection for the Client

  • Once you have provided proper notification to DoorDash, you will not be held responsible for any violations committed by DoorDash.
  • If DoorDash fails to comply, both you (the Licensee) and **SDCPRINTS.COM®** retain the right to pursue legal action against DoorDash for copyright and trademark infringement.
