What You’re Agreeing To (Summary)

  • Copyright‑Safe: You certify your submission does not infringe any third‑party rights.
  • Marketing Use: You grant SDCPRINTS.COM® a license to display in mockups, portfolio, social, promos.
  • Indemnity: You agree to defend/indemnify/hold SDC harmless and cover related legal fees.
  • No Transfer: Ownership is not transferred by this submission.

4) Legal Certifications & Indemnification

Certification of Rights & Indemnity. You own/have all rights and submission is copyright‑safe and lawful.

Marketing & Portfolio License. Perpetual, worldwide, royalty‑free license for production workflows and promotional/portfolio use, including mockups.

No Transfer of Ownership. Any transfer/exclusive license requires a separate signed agreement.

Indemnification. You will defend, indemnify, and hold SDCPRINTS.COM® harmless from claims and pay reasonable attorneys’ fees.
